(1) The Government of Nepal may establish a Disability Service Fund for the education, training, health care and rehabilitation of disabled persons and the said fund shall contain the following funds:-

(a) Amount received from Nepal Government.
(b) The amount of donation, gift, donation, support, etc. received from any person, association, organization.
(c) Money received from any other source.

(2) The amount deposited in the name of the Disability Service Fund shall be kept in a bank account in Nepal.

(3) Operation of the account of the Disability Service Fund and related Other arrangements will be as prescribed by the Ministry.
